Cannot play DVBLogic TV-Server files

I am using a Synology NAS DS213 with a DVBLogic TV-Server and a TBS5980 DVB-S2 usb box.

I want to look the recorded files on my Philips 55PFL6007 TV, but the media player cannot read the files.
Error message "The format is not supported"

I have also an Philips HMP7001/12 external Mediplayer which can read and play the files without any problems

Will there be an FW update for my television in the future which supports DVB-Logic TV-Server file format?

Hi

your right, the TV's build in media Player is not able to play the same amount of Files like the HMP Devices.
That is why we do sell this HMP Devices.

Updates on the supported File Types are not expected, maybe with new TV Ranges there will be more Codecs supported but not in this Range.
