Saeco Talea Touch start problem

I hope it's ok to write here in english, why my german isn't that strong. Though I live in Denmark

To my problem: I have a Saeco Talea Touch coffeemaker/espressomachine. (Serial: 9008SA40246589)
During start in dispaly it writes "dispensin failed" and another screenpicture shows "restart to solve problem" This picture remains showing til I restart, witch doesn't help and I also disconnectet the power for 10 min. The machine makes no sounds during start. I have cleaned the inside and brewergroup also with no positive result.
I hope You can help me and thank you for your time.
