    Smile Tchnical support of Saeco One touch HD8930

    Hello,

    I am your service provider in Hong Kong, our technicians want to know the meaning of all the error codes (such as E01 to E05) of the unit.
    Although I tried read some related titel in this forum, but I really not so understand. Is it possible to provide English support? Because even I ask Hong Kong Philips technical support also cannot explain the meaning of the error codes.

    Please advise.

    We just did the service around half year, not yet get any training courses on this model yet. But we did service Saeco Royal Cappuccino many years

    Hello Ken,

    I hope, "Philips-Cindy" can communicate the problem to the responsible department.

    It is astonishing, that coffee machines are repaired by technicians, who have had no special courses.
