Moderator support over the holidays
Just a quick note to let you know that with the upcoming holiday season, responses from myself and the Philips moderators may be delayed. A few things to note:
- If you are in need of immediate support, it is best to get in touch with your local call center. Click here, http://www.support.philips.com/support/catalog_selector.jsp choose your country and click "contact" to find the phone numbers, and e-mail and chat links. Holiday hours vary from country to country.
- Auto-moderated posts may take longer to appear on the site. If you submit a post and it doesn't appear right away, it is not necessary to post multiple times. The Technical Feedback threads, as well as any posts with links and attachments, are auto-moderated.
- Software feedback will be collected and organized when we resume our regular schedules on January 5th.
