DS3100/05 speaker going into standby mode

Hi,

Just purchased for my daughter this ipod dock.
After 15 mins playing sound goes, I believe into standby mode.
Is there a particular fault with this model or is there something we can change?
Any advice would be appreciated Thanks

have another user has this problem with another docking speaker...
since we use iPhone works,,, is it possible a issue with the iPod?...

he is using an iPhone 5 dock...

what is the generation of your iPOd may i know?

please would you let us know the exact model and generation of your iPod you use and also the serial number of your DS 3100/05 docking system? Once we have this we will investigate this issue further.
