Hi,

I bought a home cinema few years ago (HTS335W/12). Since 2 weeks, it doesn't read DVD, CD and USB keys. I might be a firmware issue. I would like to update the firmware but I don't find it on Philips website. Could you please send me the firmware to my e-mail address ?

Thank you for the reply.

Actually I already seen that page, but I would like to know if you can send me the original firmware version. I don't want to update it but get it back to factory defaults.
