I've got a problem with my newly bought Philips Go Gear Vibe, model SA3BVE08BN/02. When I hook it up to my PC, Songbird starts up ok but I my player isn't shown in the left side menu so I can't transfer files from there. I can send files to the player in the old-fashioned way and they play alright but they all show up as 'Unknown Title'. I've tried resetting the player and downloading the newest version of Songbird from the Philips support site but nothing works. What should I do?
