August last year i bought a fidelio airplay wireless docking speaker DS3800W/10. I already went through the process of connecting it to my home nework many times but after one day or two the connection gets lost and set up has to be redone. Highly annoying!! After replacement with a new appliance by philips it seems that my home network is the issue. However, my wifi provider dows not support external appliances. They do tell me that probably every time the router changes the ip address, the connection is lost. I should assign a static ip address to the appliance. But how they did not tell me? Who can help me resolving this issues? I tried different ways but did not succeed. Incredible thatboth philips and m internet provider are not willing to support me with this and pointing a each other. Highly disappointing!! Thanks a lot.
