View Full Version : Player freezes + PC doesn't recognise device

I have a GoGear Mp3 (SA1VBE04KF) and I have tried the steps shown on the FAQ page on "what to do when your PC doesn't recognise your player" and also "what to do when your Mp3 freezes' (my problem is both of them) but since my PC doesn't recognize the device, the device manager says 'your player is not connected' and therefore I cannot do 'repair'. The player turns on but then it freezes halfway when 'updating'. I tried pressing the reset button several times, but it didn't work. Thanks for your help.

Hopefully your issue was dealt with and you are no longer facing it. Since the thread has been silent for some time now, I will proceed by closing it.
