Dcm 5090

I am asking this question for a second time as i have not received any leads. Bought a DCM 5090 in late November. From day one, the system wrks well, only after unplugging and plughing again. Everything works including the remote. If i turn the device off or put it in Eco then two things happen:

1. The system starts and automatically goes off after some minutes.
2. The system will not respond to the remote control.

I can always unplug and plug again, but i assume that a device that costs over 350 Euros should work in the ways it is supposed to work.

Is this a software issue? How could I undate the software?

Any other elads?
