I just purchased a Philips SQM6485/27 wall mount for my 40PFL7505 tv. i purchased off the Philips website which directed me to amazon.com for a dealer. i have gotten zero assistance from customer support including being hung up on. the email address for support kicks back a auto generated reply stating they dont use email for support please call. when you callthey say they dont give support for tv wall mounts that Philips sells. the mounting hardware is not compatable with the tv. they actually told me to go buy bolts. hello, that would not make it a warranty covered item. anyone else have this issue?
