Good morning to everyone!

I just wanted to share my experience with you all and get some suggestion maybe....

5 years ago I buyed a Tv 37PFL5522D DVB here in Trieste and i buyed the extended warranty as well for the total amount of 789,00.

This year the tv started giving problems such as:
- automatic turn off of the tv system
- research of signals, continuous lightening of the red light of the tv
- systematic turn off of the tv

I brought the tv to the assistance three times during my days off from august 2012 till yesterday.
The first time i got my tv repaired after 45 days more or less by paying 45,00. It worked for 20 days and then the same problems upon written again.

I brought the tv to the assistance a second time explaining that the problem wasn't solved. After 30 days more or less without television i got my tv that after the usual 20 days did't work again...and always the same problems described.

Is it normal to pay an extra service and not to get this service? I mean, either getting another Tv to use meanwhile or a bonus to buy another tv but not this kind of joke!!!
What do you think about it?????

Someone had the same problem with the extended warranty?????????

Some feedback: we are currently investigating this case and are in contact with the customer. It seems that there are quite some misunderstandings and misexpectations.
