I have created an account to club philips to complete the registration for NetTV.
When I try to access to my account, the login failed.
I change the password, but nothing is changed.
The error displayed is :
(In italian) : Si è verificato un errore.
(In English): there was an error
Can someone help me ?

are you using a gmail account? I have the same problem. I can connect if i create a new account using a yohoo address, but as i already registered once the TV using the gmail address i need to use this one again. ...and gmail is not working:)

Yes! I use a gmail account.
Have you tried to contact Philips?

No, did not. Finally i managed to register my netTV with my yahoo address although the first registration was with my gmail address. definitely there are some issues with the google accounts. i tried to reset the password several times, i even tried their social media option (eg: google, facebook, linkedin...). actually i think that's the reason why it's failing, 'cause they introduced this option (google+) and somehow gmail accounts are not working anymore. use the easier way (another email address):)
