Program guide doesnt work

I got my Philips tv since 8 months, my program guide has always been working. But since a few months the tv restarts itself the moment I activate my program guide. I have tried to fix it by installing its latest software, but it is still not working.

I hope anyone has a solution for this problem, so I can fix this.

Thanks for replying, but I already found the problem. There was an software defect that couldnt be fixed by updating, after resetting the device and putting it back in the factory settings the defect got fixed.
