in settings I changed the name of my A9 speaker to a more personal name. After this the services part of the app totally blacked out with no services like online radio and spotify. Since you use services to change the settings back, this is impossible. So now I have an A9 which only plays music from my devices. Calling Philips results in promises to call back (never).

2 questions:
1. how can I change back to the standard name AW9000?
2. how can I reset the system and start all over again?

Can you setup again and change back the standard name ?

What is your problem now ? You can give more details, so Philips may be able to help you here.

It's solved for now; the reset solved my issue. The interaction issues with the app however still exists; slow response, error messages, non-working functionality like search within online radio stations and so on. Philips is helping everybody to release a full working and thoroughly tested app
