View Full Version : No radio stations are found

When I connect the antenna to my HTS system, and I scan for radiostations, none are found ?!?
I can receive radio-signals, I even put the antenna outside :confused:
Did I miss someting ?

(I use the delivered antenna, because I've read that digital radiosignals won't work)

What model do you have? Is there analogue or digital radio signals in your area?

I have an HTS7012/12 and digital and analog signal available. But in the manual they say that digital signals aren't supported

i have an hts7500 surround-system,but i have problems with te blu-ray player,he plays old (blu-ray movies,older than a 1 year without any problems) but when i put a new movie (3 movies) in,he doesn't play them,he has problems with the start from the movie,and he makes stranges noizes when he loaded the movies,but no problems with the older movies,very strange,what is the problem? new disc's or is it de player i don't know. i tryed to update the software but he cannot find any by the network.

Have you tried to update your player with latest software via USB? Please follow instruction in following thread and provide required information on discs that is currently not working: http://www.supportforum.philips.com/en/showthread.php?3108-Is-your-Blu-ray-disc-not-playing-back

i tryed to upgrade by network but he can not find a new upgrade,but were can i find the USB-software for my device HTS7500? And i post the problems on the topic you give me,but it wil not help me now.

You are able to download software on below link, on your right hand side. There is instructions as well of how to download and install. The latest software has been there for some time, but if you have an older version, I still recommend you to update.


In regards to the disc issue, it will take some time, but at least Philips is aware of issue and will work towards a solution!:)

hi there, you sure your model is HTS7012 because I cannot find this model in philips website
