A few hours ago i bought a SHG7980 gaming headset at Clas Ohlson and it has stopped working. My computer cannot detect it and the USB is loose loose and the part of the USB you plug into the PC is tilted slightly. i have tried plugging it into several USB ports but it still does not work. If you can help please tell me what to do.

I would take it back to the retailer straight away and ask for an exchange or refund!
