View Full Version : Wrong date when viewing from PC/Mac

When I view my monitor from insightwebview.philips.com it shows the wrong date. It's off by a full month. I'm watching right now and it says today is May 23, 2013. The time and time zone are correct. Viewing from an iPhone displays the correct month, date and time.

We cannot reproduce your issue. Would you please advise:

1) do you have the latest firmware?
2) if you access via phone, do you still see the same problem?

I'm not sure what has changed but it's working properly now. The only difference is that I was in my office when I first noticed it and now I'm at home. I'll take a look tomorrow and update this thread.

Just tried it again and it's now back to showing the date as May 23rd. This is on OSX 10.8 / Safari 6.

To address your other questions, yes I'm on the latest firmware revision. iOS devices show the correct date.

For now we do not have any ideas for this matter, but I have pass this case to our development team. We will update you as soon as we have more information.

* PS. can you check if the time of your PC/MAC is just alright? Just to be sure.
