So my wife has an iphone 5 and she sees video fine. I log in with my htc one and it says no monitors are registered. Now if I use a guest email I can see the video fine on my phone. Not sure what is going on here. I've tried uninstalling and all that fun stuff. Anyone have any clues as to what's going on? Thanks a lot.

For both M100 and B120, it is not possible to use the same login ID to login 2 different Apple devices to access the monitor due to security reason. The error message “Problem in connection to server” will be popped up on the 2nd Apple device for video streaming.
We recommend the consumers using the feature “share with friend” access the same monitor.
For Basic account user, the monitor can be shared with 2 friends only.
For Pro-account user, the monitor can be shared with up to 10 friends.
