stops on "connecting to Philips server"

Hi,
trying to access Net TV on blu ray BDP 9600;

I have wi-fi connection, status is: connected, I can acccess PC through DLNA, but when trying to connect to NET TV it shows "connecting to Philips server" and nothing happens... no other message appears...

Abyone had it?

In the setup menu, at advanced settings there is a "clear memory" option. You could try that.
