will the new XPAND 3D Glasses (http://www.xpand.me/products/youniversal-3d-glasses/) "XPAND Youniversal 3D Electronic Eyewear" be supported by the Philips TVs?

It depends, if the problem is in the glasses...

Yeah, these glasses will support Philips TV's. It says on the site of XPand.
The current 3D-glasses from Philips are also from XPand (103 series) only without the option to change the TV set.
And yeah, these new Youniversal glasses will fix the crosstalk completly, because you can change the shutter times of the glasses.
So one eye is being shut earlier or the other one opened later, which will eliminate the ghosting/crosstalk.
(this is the real killer when it comes to the 'slow' reaction of the lcd's)
Also timings can be tweaked manually, by which you can tweak it to the best settings for your own TV set.
(although each set's timings should be the same, there's always a slight difference between them)
Very disturbing that Philips will not or cannot make such setup themselves, by which they could distinguish themselves from the rest and become the Best 3D TV without ghosting/crosstalk. It would mean much less complaints and booming sales. Just by editting some timings, no need to do creepy stuff on the picture quality.
