Handbrake MKV settings for BDP5100

Hi -
Does anyone know what settings I should use to get the best quality out of the BDP5100 when encoding MKV using Handbrake? (Ideally 1080p, with 5.1 sound.)
The Normal and High Profile presets don't seem to work, and the random ones I can get to play I can't seem to replicate.

see the supported codecs overview thread... there you can find all information what is possible with the BDPs.

Just use the high profile preset for HD videos. But make sure the framerate (fps) setting is not set to "same as source", if you have handbrake v0,95.
If you use the "same as source" setting you will end up with a video file with variable fps. The philips bluray players, in my case the BDP7500S2, don't accept those files

Thank you. Does it make a difference if I choose 24fps or 25?
