Hello,

I can not login into Picasa on Net TV. I'm sure using the right username and password, because when I use the same data on a PC, I can actually login.

Please is there anyone having a solution for me.

Hi,

I have no problems with entering Picasa.
I use my full e-mail address and the password. Take care on capital characters in the password. The onscreen keyboard of the Picasa App is rather slow, so take your time.

I have the same problem!
Today I tried to log in using my full Gmail address, then tried using only the user part of the email address, retyped the password several times (the password does not have any special chars) to no avail... I even tried logging in using a friend's Picasa account and it did not work either.
I am able to log on to both accounts from a computer. Are the login credentials processed by a Philips server before being sent to Google? If so, then there must be a problem with the Net TV server-side app that deals with Picasa.
It is frustrating.

I am experiencing the same problem from Belgium. I'm sure I have tried the ricght username & password, but every time I get e message saying it is an invalid user... frustrating, Philips Guys!
