BDP7500B2/12 - Can't read Avatar Blu-Ray Long Version

Hi,

I have a BDP7500B2/12. I've just installed the upgrade 1.56 and I still can't read Avatar the long version in Blu Ray. Any idea on what I could do?

to help the Philips support, please state the barcode of your BD (labeled on the back side of your cover).

Probleme description:
I insert the blu ray, appears the protection against illigal copies message and then after exactly 8 seconds, I have a lack screen and I have no other options than to eject the blu ray.

Hi,

you can first disconnect the BD player from network (to supress the BD live feature) and/or wait some minutes... this helped some users...

try wait for a few mins. if that doesn't help, this should be a prob I think
