Assign red button

Watching TV channel 'Nederland1' when I click the red button on the remote, automatically the NetTV app 'Uitzending Gemist' will be displayed. Very handy. Internally there must be some sort of mapping table. I don't know which process is responsible for assigning NetTV apps to tv channels. I would like to assign the app RTLXL to the TV channel RTL4.
Does anybody knows how to do this? Or is it something Philips cater for?

I asked this months ago, but Philips doesnot see to care about thinks you ask here on this forum. maybe this will be implemented in 2020.
