View Full Version : No Spotify Service since two days

Hi Forum,

Since two days I cannot use Spotify or Deezer anymore. Only TuneIn is available. I did already a Hardware Reset but it's not better. What can I do?

May I please ask for the following information so that we can look into this further:

• What is model number of your Philips device?
• What iPhone/ iPod/ iPad model are you using? (eg: iPhone 5)
• What version of iOS do you have on your device?
• The app software version
