ZDF Mediathek did not start

I have for some time the problem that can not start the ZDF media library.
Following procedure
Selection Net-TV => starts OK
Selection ZDF Media Icon
Screen gets dark, Net TV menu disappears, at the bottom in Screencenter appearsa back and forth-hiking easy on light
-After a periond of time of this "wait-run-bar" begins to flash.
-I stopped after about 10min (Home Key)
-Even on restart (TV Off / On) The same problem

The ZDF-Mediathek fails to start
Other libraries (eg, Ard and Arte) run without problems


Does anyone have similar problem?
What could be causing this?
ZDF is the library offline or lay it on TV?
have the latest firmware, incl rectification "ZDF 20min problem" on it, and now still other problems with the ZDF media library.

What Device do you got?

is ZDF Mediathek the Only App which doesnt load or is this also with others (youtube, ard...)
