BDP3100/12 No sound on MKV playback

I bought this player as many reviews online mentioned it could playback MKV files, but all the ones I have tested play the video but have no sound. A "unsupported audio" message pops up when the files starts to play. I have upgraded the firmware to the latest version, but still the same problem.

Will you be adding support for all audio within MKV?? Also, will you be adding support for DivX-HD files??

You can find out which codecs are used within your MKV with the tool Mediainfo (mediainfo.sourceforge.net).

DivX-HD is a feature of higher categorized BDPs...
