I can`t play truehd with bdp5100/12 (mkv)

Hi,
I've a problem: I've a mkv with truehd sound and the player say that the audio format is incompatible.
Can philips solve this problem? (And not say me that I need to convert the audio).

It is unlikely that Philips will change something regarding codecs...
