Loss of digital channels

After no problems for several years I have suddenly lost all digital channels on my 32PFL7962D. Thought I could just reset all channels but unable to call up the digital menu. No problems with digital signal in the area because no problems with another tv in the house. Any suggestions?

Hi,

you could try to reset your TV to factory default and try over again. You could also try to flash the latest firmware (again).... maybe this helps...
