Unable to stream contents from PC to BDP9600

Hi Everyone, can anyone help me here? I am unable to stream from my PC to the player (BDP9600 ver 1.56). Here's my hw/sw configuration:

Router - 2Wire
DLNA Media Server sw - Windows Media Player 12

There is no issue with my wireless connection to the router as I am able to access to Net TV.
After serching through the Internet, I find out that it might be the router firewall. In order to bypass the firewall (ie port forwarding), I will require the IP addr and port number of the device. However from the player - 'View network setting', I am only able to find out the IP addr but not the port number. Qns - How do I find out the port number of the device?

Got these info with the net so if I am wrong, can advise me the correct method. Thanks!

Instead of using Windows Media Player did you try any other as Tversity or Twonky already?

Please try Nero MediaHome. It's trial ware but always works even after expiry date.
If you do wireless DLNA, your wireless connection speed between PC and 9600 must be stable around ~78Mbps. Otherwise, HD contents will suffer from a smooth playback experience.
