View Full Version : Movie stop after about 1.5 GB datastream
I have a problem with playing movies from my DLNA as well as from a USB stick.
After running the movie a certain timeperiod (before the movie is finished) the movie just stops and the next movie starts.
The time period is different for each movie, always at the same point for a specific movie and only seems to occur with 'larger'movies.
I tested it with several movies and the time period seems exactly the amount of time needed to stream about 1.5 GB.
the movies are MPEG4-visual format, but I'm not sure that has anything to do with it
Anyone else facing these 'moviestops'?

Hi,
which TV do you have? Which firmware ist installed?
Toengel@Alex
(see profile)
32PFL7605H with the latest 140.40 FW
The theory on the datasize might be not right, most of the time it's between 100 and 110 minutes of playing.

Hi,
to solve this problem go here: http://www.support.philips.com/support/catalog/downloads_catalog.jsp;jsessionid=B780DBDC644737CB4 C8E8E5CC2FABE56.app106-drp2?groupId=SOUND_AND_VISION_GR_DE_CARE&userCount ry=de&userLanguage=de&pageFrom=downloads&navCount= 1&categoryid=TELEVISIONS_CA_DE_CARE&navAction=pu sh&userLanguage=de&userCountry=de&_requestid=2271384
and get SW 140.40
The link didn't work for me, but I already got the 140.40 firmware and running it.
Sorry, but problem isn't solved.
I've collected some information on several files I have on my NAS:
402
I can't imagine I'm the only one facing this problem...

I got the same problem, my .mp4 files are stopping early. I don't know the exact time but should be around the times you mention. Same firmwareversion on a 37pls7515h/12.
