Does anyone know how to get the Digital Movie from 20th Century Fox to play on the 32GB GoGear MUSE? I've tried it twice and it always says not compatible or something like that!? Any help would be great!!!
BIG THANKS!

hi,
Quick question where have you downloaded the movie from? Also what file format are you using and what is the size of the file etc as these things all make a big difference!!!

Hi jansen,

I guess it's the format. What format you are using. For movies, some very common carrier like .mkv is not supported by the GoGear I think...

So check the format see if your format is supported. And sometimes, though the format is supported, the codec may not be supported... you sometimes need to cross check the codec

Hi, I'm sorry but i have no idea! It's the original film from 20th century fox, with the digital transfer. I have windows vista, windows media player, quicktime player etc, I think the file is 1gb but not sure. I think maybe it has a protection code in it and maybe that is why it won't play.
I wrote to FOX but they sent no reply so I got an AVI version and that worked! So Happy Days!! :D
Thanks for trying to help, anyway, it's much appreciated.
