Was on the phone with Philips for 2 hours and Qwest (Centruylink) for 2 hours. They couldn't help. Hopefully someone here can. I am connected to the network, but then I try to get onto Netflix it says it cannot connect to the internet. Now I am stuck and don't know what to do. Can anyone help? I don't know much about electronics, so if you could help me I would really appreciate it!
