32PFL9606H/12: Unable to display subtitle on MKV playback

Hi,

I have created a MKV file which includes subtitles. My TV accepts the MKV file (video and audio are fine) but I am unable to switch on the subtitle. Which button on the remote control or where in the TV GUI can I switch on the subtitle for MKV playback?

If it is not possible (yet), is there comming a firmware release which is able to handle MKV subtitling?

Firmware: Q5551-0.10.65.12

Hi Dave,

Indeed this is not yet supported. SW upgrade should be coming around soon.

Make sure you visit the support website as the internet upgrade via the TV is not for every single version ;).
