Hello Everyone,

I just purchased a gogear muse SA3MUS16S/02 and i have a problem; when i load movies onto it, the play fine for about 1 minute or less and then the device restarts. It also restarts when i increase or decrease the volume while playing the movie. How can i fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

can you post more information regarding this video. Please post the mediainfo (mediainfo.sourceforge.net). Maybe you can upload a test movie somewhere that development can reprocude the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.
The media info for the video is:
File extension: .mp4
Height: 1280
Width: 696
Frame rate: 23 frames/second
Data rate: 752 kbps
Total bitrate 880 kbps

But that's just one file, it also happens with preloaded videos.
Awaiting your reply. Thank you.

it seems to me that it's out of codec scope:

mp4
MPEG 4_AVC/H.264 part 10
MPEG1,2 & 2.5 - layer 3,/ AAC LC
up to HD720P, 4Mbps and 25fps
