Can't find device HTS5582 from HTC Desire

I just bought a HTS5582/12 Home cinema and am really happy with it. Now i d like to use the myremote app on my HTC Desire but it doesn't find my device. the network is working properly as net tv is working as well as the software updates. i can also ping the home cinema and the htc desire from my computer in the network without problems. im running android 2.2. Does anyone have any idea what i could try? thanks for your help

is the HTS5582 up to date? Check the firmware on the support web page, please!

thanks for the quick answer. i have the version 1.27 installed so it should be up to date.
