Trying to run this channel on my 40PFL9404H/12 from Ireland and all that shows is the "Grille des Programmes" which appears on the left hand side of the image above. I can't get access to any video content. Am I doing something wrong?

which firmware version have you got for your TV?

With the latest 140.46 firmware installed TV5-Monde works fine.

As far as I can tell from the menu screen and the TV support page

my TV has the latest firmware - version 026.078 dated 2010-07-15. Any ideas? Thanks.

Could be that this new App has got problems with your TV model.

Let's way for a feedback from Philips on this topic.
