Hello, I am an American in Hong Kong
I bought your HTS5560 bluray
it broke within 6 months and then I took it to
get repaired in your HK repair center
they scratched the crap out of the front, it looks
so ugly and old now
when I told them they all pretended they didnt know
and couldnt do anything about it
I was there for over an hour trying to get some sort
of compensation they even made calls to find people
and always the same answer
I left very angry
I thought Philips service around the world would be the same
quaility but now I see when you go abroad you skimp out on
service
I was just about to buy a Philips widescreen. I am glad I know
this now
currently I use Philips sonicare, coffee maker, blender, shaver, bluray
if something isnt done about this I am going to throw all these things away and
tell my friends about this
and I will never buy Philips again
right now I am looking at LG, Norelco, etc...
