37PFL9606M/08 menu trouble or.....

Hi there, first time on this forum, Tecnozen from Rome Italy.
Just bought that fantastic tv one week ago, moreless, knowing it better, i found a non well specified bug.
Following those steps:
1 - watching normal digital tv channel;
2 - long pressing INFO on the remote for program detail;
3 - pressing OPTIONS to see tech details such as sound, language, signal strenght, signal quality;
4 - going back to tv watching, by pressing EXIT or GO BACK button.
BUG: once back on program, i try to change channel: it doesn' t work!
EFFECT:
1 - video turns black;
2 - ambilight shut down;
3 - after few seconds video and ambilight turn on.
After that i can change channel and everything works fine.
Those it happened to anyone else?
Before going to assistance point pls help.......

are you using the latest firmware (please check support website of your TV)?

First thing done before installing tv, was to install new firmware

"Aggiornamento firmware - Software
Ultima versione: 000.014.084.000, 2011-10-19

is this reproduceable every time? If yes, Philips has now a good description to find the error.

Problem is reproduceable EVERY time!!!!

Pls anybody can check on his own device if it happens like me or is just my TV problem.....
