BDP7500BL/12 - "Black Swan" - No Playback

Hello together,

it's not possible to get my "Black Swan" BluRay playing. All time the player hangs during the load status. Then the device must be switched off/on to be able to eject the disk. I had the same issure with the "Unstoppable" BluRay, but I don't have the ID jet.

Player Firmware: 1.10 and 1.12 (both tested)

Suprise, after another hour of playing around the issure is gone now.

I've done two things: First, I set the device back to factory defaults and applied my preferences again. Second, I assume thats it, was erasing the internal flash memory.

yes... the load issue or freeze issue may because that the there arent enough memory to process the file...it has to stop and release some memory...
setting it to factory settings helps usually :)
