I think the mentioned date on the web-page refers to changes on this particular website. It has nothing to do with the "Services" info being out-of date.
BTW, there is a new monitor available for the Net TV and IP-EPG services: look here (http://www.supportforum.philips.com/en/forumdisplay.php?5-Net-TV-Forum) (green or red icon on top of the page).
