Hi,
I recently discovered, that Philips doesn't support H.264 bitstream with start codes in AVIs.
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (H264)
It seems, only the Fourcc "AVC1" is working, but not "H264".
This is very sad, because I'm using OTR, which produces this type of stream for HQ files.
Workaround: Remux it to .mkv to remove start codes.
But this a lot of unnecessary work, so it would be great if Philips would add native support for 'H264'
I don't think, adding support for start codes is lot of work, also, it is stated in the documentation,
that MPEG-4 AVC is support, so to be picky, this could also be regarded as Bug, not a missing feature ;-)
