ZDF HD disturbance via Cable TV if dig. SAT is ON in parallel

Hi,
the issue I am facing is that I am not able to watch ZDF HD via cable TV if my dig. receiver is on in addition (HDMI port 2). So if I switch the source from "HDMI 2" to "Fernseher" I can´t watch ZDF but all others like ARD etc. are working. If I switch the dig. receiver off it works and I am able to watch ZDF. Why is there a disturbance on ZDF ?? I would require your support please.

what happens if you plug in your STB receiver to a different HDMI port? Does the same happen?
