I will get more info after work but as far as I no I am using the latest, I have searched for updates using the network cable and there are no updates found. As for using a pc I am unable to try this.

Hi thundercat356,

check for the latest software on www.philips.com/support: as I can see for /12 devices there are 2 different releases depending on the serial number.
I don't know exctly the stroke version of the model you own so better if you can check it directly in the support pages.

I hope that you can solve your issue with the latest sw!

Regards,

Andrea

I have the same audio problems with new blu rays from Conan and Cowboys and Aliens. Strangely enough the Blu ray says there is no update, but if I check the number of the newest update there seem to be updates available.
Slow internet a possibility that my blu ray says there is no update or?????
Is it better to use USB stick?

Hopefully there's a solution, because this is irritating as hell ;)

hi Beau,
which model you are using?
which fw you have now?
if the internet upgrading not works, maybe you can try download that to USB?

Aliens is a known disc that some others reported playability issue. but since they have so many versions, you can leave a EAN of the disc
