Hellow.

Its a jungle out there so now i will try and ask in a forum, before i spend my money.
Whitch tv does Phillips have that meets my needs :-)

1: Mkv files h264 1080P with embedded subtitles. DTS decoder and dolby digital decoder. Usb and streaming.
2: Play iso files
3: Tuner t/t2/c
4: Play iso files.

I hope there is something usefull, thx for helping :)

I think DTS is not supported by the newest Philips TV. The same for iso files. I think this not a media format.

Hi,

for 1) 2) and 4) take a look at the Philips Home Media Player HMP (HMP3000, HMP5000, HMP7000). If you need a DVB-T2 tuner, you can only take the T models (which are only available in the UK).

Okay thanks, then i must look elsewhere, Samsung supports it, but not embedded subtitles in mkv, funny it is like that, first time a brand makes a tv with ultimative media player it will be a hit :-)

Just a a note: the samsungs do not support chapters in mkv either (and of course embedded subtitles as you already know).
