please can somone help,

i had no issues with this device until 2 months ago, updated iphone 4 then it stopped playing music, and now now working at all no power on mains or batteries,

As i brought it direct from philips online how do i get it checked or replaceed its only 11 months old as well.

Dear Nick,

Sorry to hear the problem you are having with your dock becoming totally unresponsive.

As you have already tried using the mains adapter and batteries, I would suggest that your dock may have developed a fault.

For the UK, docking speakers have a 1 year warranty from your date of purchase so I would recommend getting in touch with the UK Customer Care team so they can advise you further: 0800 331 6015.
