My hubby is trying to register his mp4 player I have bought him for xmas, however, the activation link in his email just sends him back to the login/register page, and says he is no registered when he tries to log in.

Is anyone else having this problem?? and can anyone sort it for me

Sorry to hear you are having issues registering.

Are you able to let me know if you are still having problems and whether you get any error messages on the registration page?

Please also let me know where you are located so I can see if there are any local issues affecting registration.
