Philips Hong Kong Team not support my case, as Smart TV service suspend !


Hi Philips,

I live in Hong Kong.

I am using BDP 5500 /98, it was bought in couple years ago.
So the warranty should be already expired.

I tried to call Hong Kong Philips local support.
But they said, they will NOT support my case !
Also Philips Hong Kong Team will NOT release any official announcement in Hong Kong.
He said, I can refer to this forum announcement.
What the hell ~~~~

So Hong Kong support team, the service is very very BAD !!!!!

What can I do, how can I watch NetFlix in my box !?


I am very unhappy for this !!!
