Sounddrop problem still exists, what next???

Hi,

it seems that despite all promises the latest fw (140.46) does not solve the sound drop problems.
On my setup (40PFL9705, Technisat Digicorder K2 via HDMI and TV
connected via SPDIF to AV receiver) sound drops still exist. They mainly occur when having 5.1 sound. The CPU board has already been changed, so the question remains: what should I do? Waiting for "next" christmas?? Throw the TV away?? Ask for a replacement??

Hi Gerhard,
where did you buy the TV? If you didn't buy in a internet Shop i would bring the TV back a second time back. Nothing will change. anderen after the second repare i would exchange it. Preise Keeper § 474 Abs. 2 S.1 BGB in mind and get you Wohle money back!

Ask for the money back or a complete replacement of the unit with a new one.
